We’ll be Waving from the CAA Float!
Our CAA elves have been hard at work putting the finishing touches on our float and there is no way you’ll miss us.
What better way to cap off 2019 than to celebrate 90 years of the CAA School Safety Patrol
® program! As such, the CAA float will feature a school bus, pedestrian crossing and a sea of marchers including CAA School Safety Patrollers, teachers, police partners and festive CAA associates and their children. With over 1.4 million Ontario students commuting to and from school every day, we're extremely proud of our work over the last nine decades to help keep students safe in school zones and on school buses. Our commitment to road safety for all Ontarians will continue to be a top priority.
Santa’s Got a Brand New Route!
The Toronto Santa Claus Parade is Canada’s largest outdoor entertainment event and one of the most highly attended parades in North America, drawing about 900,000 live attendees. With those numbers inching up every year, it’s no surprise that the parade route has been expanded to better accommodate the ever-increasing viewers.
For 2019, the parade will START at Parliament and Bloor moving west. Just click on Rudolph, below and he'll show you the route!
